15 Things To Do For Valentine’s Day
The holidays are over, it’s a new year, and love is in the air! But to be honest, love should be in the air all the time. You shouldn’t have to wait for Valentine’s Day to show your loved ones you care, and you don’t have to be in a relationship to celebrate this lovey-dovey holiday! It’s the little things you do on a consistent basis that make up the big things, and Valentine’s Day is just that extra special day to celebrate. Whether it’s a parent, friend, sibling, or significant other, grab your loved one and enjoy these fun activities below:
1. Valrhona’s Hot Chocolate Festival
Nothing says, “I love you” like chocolate, and it’s especially sweet when the proceeds go to a good cause! Although this event is before Valentine’s Day, it still applies since it lasts until the first week of February (and as I mentioned earlier, you don’t have to wait specifically for Valentine’s Day to celebrate). The Valrhona Hot Chocolate Festival runs from January 19 – February 3rd where restaurants, bakeries, and Chocolatiers from Montreal will be taking part in promoting artisanal and premium hot chocolate. The goal is to raise money for La Tablée des Chefs, which is a non-profit organization that feeds families in need and develops culinary education for future generations. Many establishments in Montreal will be taking part by creating and selling unique hot chocolates at their location by using Valrhona chocolate. Check out the website below for the participating establishments and get your hands on a cup of warm, velvety hot chocolate!
When: January 19 – February 3rd
Where: Multiple locations

Your ticket includes the canvas, paint, extra supplies, and instructions by your Paint Nite Host, who will guide you as you create your personalized painting. Don’t fret if you’re not born an artist, this event is meant to be a fun experience and a night of creating memories! There are plenty of love-themed Paint Nites happening during the month of February such as Swinging Love Birds, Soaring Love, Under My Umbrella, and Weather the Weather Together.
